Where a person refers a client to Glassbrooks, we are prepared to pay to that referrer a fee.
The details of how much and the conditions that apply are as follows:
- To qualify for the referral fee the claim must be accepted by Glassbrooks and the referred person must instruct Glassbrooks
- Payment of the fee will not become due until liability for the claim has been admitted by the negligent party.
- The referrer must be over 18 years of age.
- The Claims management Regulations procedures (as implemented by the Ministry of Justice and in force at the time of referral)
will apply to any and all referrals.
- You must have made the person you are referring aware that you are doing this.
- We will only pay one referral fee per claim.
- Payments will not be made for CICA nor untraced MIB claims.
- Payment of the £250 will be made by cheque
